I understand that Great Pyrs and Paws (GPPR) works to reduce the over population of unwanted dogs by spaying and neutering available dogs. I agree to not hold GPPR responsible should I choose to not alter my dog and my dog impregnates another dog or become pregnant. Please initial.*

I understand there is an over population of Great Pyrenees and other livestock guardian dogs in the United States that has become a crisis resulting in dogs being euthanized seemingly at a higher rate than ever. I agree to do my part in securing my unaltered dog to prevent an accidental litter. Please initial.*
